While this is just the tip of the iceberg for us as a company, we are happy to say that we’re the first Airbus-approved service center in the world to achieve such a feat.

What is HCare Infinite?

HCare is a comprehensive service program designed by Airbus Helicopters. This service program provides customers with tailor-made and competitive services around the clock. HCare helps to keep businesses on track and safe by providing 24/7 customer service support in five domains:

• Helicopter Maintenance
• Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and Upgrades
• Technical Support
• Training & Flight Operations and Connected Services

What is Sterling Helicopter’s Role in This Partnership?

As an Airbus-approved service center, the Sterling Helicopter team will be providing Superior Helicopter with full-scale material management services. We will handle all of our partner’s maintenance, technical support, and spare parts, tools and consumables needs. Our turn-key, full-coverage service solutions will help Superior Helicopter manage their business and grow their operations by allowing them to focus on other essential aspects of their business.
